M is for…

For those who just started school again and need a little boost, this is for you.

If you’re anything like me, then you definitely weren’t ready for school to start. Or may be you were ready! Then, I suggest coming back to this post when you’re lacking some much needed motivation.

To start off the school year, I wanted to share some quotes that I find helpful and maybe you will too.

So here it goes….

“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals.” – Henry Ford

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston Churchill

“Never regard study as a duty, but as the enviable opportunity to learn.” – Albert Einstein

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” – Gandhi

“Don’t let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.” – John R. Wooden

Do you have any quotes that inspire you? Comment below! I’d love to read them.

M is for motivation.

One quote that I always remember is, “Don’t curse the darkness, light a candle.” I don’t know who first said it, but there a quite a few people who have said it with different words. Whenever I am stuck, the quote reminds me to don’t just stand there, try to do something.

Late one but my favorite is this one from Will Smith :“The separation of talent and skill is one of the greatest misunderstood concepts for people who are trying to excel, who have dreams, who want to do things. Talent you have naturally. Skill is only developed by hours and hours and hours of beating on your craft.”
